B:Live EV Marketplace

B:Live is a travel tech platform that offers immersive experiential tours on electric bikes since 2018. In 2020, during 2020, the tourism business came to a standstill, and the entire world was going digital. The personal affordable mobility market started trending & reflected in the EV category peaking. Hence they advanced their plan to foray into the Electric Vehicle Marketplace.

Task

To create a unique, high traffic, elegant and futuristic EV marketplace platform with an immersive and fun digital experience for the B2C audience. The focus was to build a drop ship model with a robust backend for the suppliers for seamless logistics and good user experience. Simultaneously, an expansive B2B strategy for growth covering rentals, leasing, corporate tie-ups and franchise model. The main challenge was staying lean with an off-the-shelf tech platform, using customizable web themes to keep the cash burn in check.
